The Arizona Royal Villa is a discrete, clothing optional, private retreat for gay men.

Membership is required. Fees and all charges are paid upon arrival. Day Passes are a $10 charge, with a $5 temporary application fee, totalling $15.00. This fee provides for members, admission to the grounds, and use of the facilities on a daily basis (weather permitting), from 11am to 5pm, no admission after 3pm. For day members,  alcohol, glass, oils, or self tanning bronzers are NOT allowed on premises. Nudity is permitted throughout. However, under no circumstance is public sex with oneself, or another person allowed on premises. Members disregarding the above requests, will be immediately asked to leave, and will not be allowed back, as a membered overnight guest, or temporary day pass member.
